These terms apply when you buy from si-ra.com. Placing an order means you accept them.
Our products
Sira Elegance sells fashion jewellery — pieces made with cubic zirconia, crystal, enamel,
stainless steel, and silver- and gold-tone plating. Unless a listing explicitly says
otherwise, our pieces are not solid gold, solid silver or set with natural precious
stones. We describe every item as honestly as we can and photograph it as it is.
Colour and finish
Our photographs are taken in natural daylight and are not retouched to change colour. Even
so, screens vary, and hand-finished items — especially our oxidised and meenakari pieces —
differ slightly from one to the next. Small variation is a feature of the craft, not a fault.
Prices and availability
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged
separately and shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have
placed an order. If an item sells out after you order it, we will contact you and refund you in
full.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we have contacted you to confirm it — by phone, WhatsApp or
email. We may decline an order where we cannot verify the delivery address or phone number,
or where a Cash on Delivery order has previously been refused at the door.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and card payments. For higher-value Cash on
Delivery orders we may ask for a small advance before dispatch.
Delivery
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days, ৳60. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days, ৳120. These are the
courier’s working estimates, not guarantees — during Eid and other peak periods they run

Exchanges
Unworn items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. See our
Returns & Exchanges page for how it works.
Care
Fashion jewellery is plated, and plating wears. To keep yours looking new: put it on last
and take it off first, keep it away from perfume, hairspray, lotion and water, wipe it with a
soft dry cloth, and store it dry and separately. Normal wear to plating over time is not a
fault and is not covered by exchange.
