This policy explains what Sira collects when you shop with us at si-ra.com, why we
collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, delivery address, phone number and
email address. We need these to pack your parcel, hand it to a courier and reach you if
something goes wrong. - When you pay: your chosen payment method, and for bKash, Nagad or Rocket
the transaction ID you give us. We never see or store your card number, PIN or mobile
wallet password — those stay with the payment provider. - When you contact us: whatever you choose to tell us on WhatsApp, email or
by phone. - When you browse: a cart cookie so your basket survives a page refresh, and
basic anonymous traffic data.
What we do with it
We use your details to fulfil your order, to answer your questions, and to keep our own
accounting records. That is all. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to
anyone. We share it only with the courier delivering your parcel and, where relevant,
your payment provider — and only the parts they need.
Marketing
If you join our list we will send occasional emails about new arrivals and offers. Every
one of them has an unsubscribe link, and we will not add you without you asking.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, exchange and accounting
purposes. Marketing contacts are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete
it — except where we are required to keep an order record. Write to
hello@si-ra.com and we will respond within seven days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the shop needs to work: keeping your cart, keeping you signed in if
you have an account, and remembering your delivery address at checkout so you do not have to
retype it. You can clear these in your browser at any time; the shop will still work, you will
just have to enter your details again.
